thirstywell I've been off work for 3 days and I've had a grand total of 6 hrs of sleep in 3 days I think the Christmas traveling did me in I can't wait to get home gonna take an hour long shower and crawl under my blankets for a month

like the title says I haven't had back pain like this in a very long time I've taken a few different pills which haven't worked hopefully when I go to sleep it won't bother me as much
